I designed and programmed a circular impulse

heat-seal band to seal filters for nebulizer

treatment masks.

By incorporating a water cooling system, I was

able to prevent the formation of hotspots.

Hotspots cause inconsistencies in the filters, as

parts of the filter have the heat flow through them

twice, making sections of it burn.
