I created multiple CAD models and tested the shape and weight of the handle.
Next, I 3D printed the final handle out of hemp filament and hand placed the
castor bean oil bristles.
By conducting interviews with customers and dentists, we refined the handle
shape to improve grip and comfort without sacrificing simplicity. The final
product retains the feel of a traditional toothbrush while reducing environmental
impact.
